How much is shipping?
Our objective is to deliver your item to you as quickly and affordably as we can. Prior to providing your financial details, shipping is automatically estimated. Simply add things to your cart and continue to the payment page to see the shipping and cost choices.
Do you ship outside the US?
Currently, we only ship to Canada for international shipments outside the US. At checkout, a normal shipping cost of $24.95 is charged for orders under $200. (Please note that billing and shipping addresses must be filled out in order to view the Canadian shipping rate.) Delivery will take between 10 and 14 business days, and duty and taxes are not included (this does not include processing time). Please be aware that Canadian orders are not eligible for returns or refunds. If shipping companies and/or Naomi Whittel Brands make several attempts to contact you, the customer, without success, we will not reship or refund your item.
How do I know if my order has shipped, and how do I track it?
Our customers often receive an email with a shipment confirmation. You can email our customer support team at info@naomiwhittel.com if you don't get an email from us. Please allow a processing time of 24 to 48 hours during regular business hours.
What shipping choices do I have?
United States:
$5.95 for standard shipping (Processing takes 24–48 hours; delivery takes 7–10 business days.) $24.95 for US 2-3 Day Express shipping Monday through Thursday, orders made by 12 p.m. Eastern time will be shipped out that day. Orders received Monday through Thursday after 12 p.m. Eastern time will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed before 12 p.m. Eastern on Fridays will be delivered on Monday of the following week, while orders placed after that time will be delivered on Tuesday.
Canada:
Standard delivery is $24.95 (processing takes 24–48 hours; shipping takes 10–14 business days). It's important to note that this excludes Canadian taxes and tariffs. Please be aware that orders submitted on Friday (apart from those placed for Next Day Air), Saturday, Sunday, and on holidays will be handled within 24-48 business hours.
Do you provide free delivery to me?
Promotions for free shipping are only available on domestic US shipments, whether they are site-wide or on particular goods. No promotional code is necessary.
US: Orders over $75 qualify for free delivery from us. There is no need for code.
Canada: Free standard delivery is available on orders of $200 or more.
Gift cards and other digital goods are not eligible for free delivery. Free shipping choices will be offered at checkout; a code is not necessary; other reductions do not count toward the minimum. Duty and taxes are not included in the free delivery offer.
