Policy on Returns and Exchanges
Products may be returned to us. Consumers have seven days from the time they receive the merchandise to request a refund. Purchases (excluding products on sale) may be exchanged or returned within 15 days after the delivery date. Things must be brand new, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all of the original labels. Furthermore, make sure that the box contains all of the contents. If not, no refund will be given, and the customer is liable for all costs. Consumers won't be charged for restocking when they return an item. The cost of return shipping is borne by the buyer. Products that don't fit these requirements won't be taken back.
NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS ON PURCHASE
Final sale merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged. Food, flowers, newspapers, magazines, and other perishable items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Only if a product is flawed, damaged, or the wrong one can it be exchanged or returned. After filing the online return or exchange request, you must email us a photo demonstrating the issue or defect.
CANCELLATION OF ORDER
If you cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, you will receive a complete refund. If you decide to cancel the order, please use the Contact Us page to issue an assistance ticket. A 15% cancellation fee is charged for purchases that are cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but prior to shipment. In the event that the product has already been dispatched, we will not accept an order cancellation request.
