Return Policy
All purchases may be returned within 30 days after the day you received the final package of your order, with the exception of final sale or clearance items, swimwear, undergarments, jeans, and accessories. Only items that are faulty, damaged, or incorrectly delivered may be returned, including swimwear. After making the online return request, you must email us a photo demonstrating the issue or defect. Items must be brand new, unopened, and in their original packaging, with each component of the package being complete. If not, no refund will be given, and the customer is liable for all costs. The cost of the return shipment should be borne by the purchaser. Items that don't fit these requirements won't be taken back.
Methods for Making Your Return
On our main page, select "Tracking Order" from the bottom menu. Type in your order number and email address. In the precise order, a "Return" button is present. To submit a return request, simply click on it. You'll receive approval and a return address through email within 48 hours. Please give us 3–5 business days to handle your returns when we receive them. Once we've processed your refund, we'll send you an email. Refunds are processed quickly; they will be made to the original payment method within a week.
Helpful reminder
Package returns should be permitted. Customer service will not honour any return requests that have not been approved. The package you received does not need to have the item(s) inside it returned. That won't work for processing returns because it's not our return address.
Order revocation
Prior to production or shipping of the product, we allow order cancellations. The order will be cancelled, and you will receive a complete refund. Having sent the goods, we are unable to cancel the order. If you choose to cancel the order, kindly open a help request through "Contact Us."
