Policies on cancellations
If you cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, you will receive a complete refund. If you choose to cancel the order, kindly open an assistance request through Contact Us. A 10% cancellation fee is charged for purchases that are cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but prior to shipment. Order cancellation requests that have already been shipped out will not be honoured by us.

Please be aware that we cannot accept shipments returned by C.O.D. Within seven business days of receiving the returned item, we will notify you via email and set up an exchange or refund.
What Happens When I Make an Internet Order?
You will get an email immediately after making a purchase that confirms your online order, the method of shipment, and the total amount that will be charged to your credit card, assuming that you supplied a working email address during the checkout process. Please be aware that when you place an order, we authorise the whole amount in order to verify your credit card. After three days of placing the order, your credit card is charged.
