What is the delivery procedure for Nish hair?
The order is completed in one day, and it will be delivered to you anywhere in India within 3-5 working days. You will receive a notification on your provided cellphone number once your order has been sent. Also, we will contact you through email if we discover that the phone number you supplied is incorrect. For domestic shipping, we employ Blue Dart Express and Delhivery Express, and DHL for shipments outside of India. We provide cost-free nationwide shipping.
The Nish Hair staff will call you for an order confirmation for a cash on delivery product before we send your purchase (excluding hair toppers and evil eye diamond goods). Extremely Important: In order to file a claim for physical damage or missing goods, please record an unpacking video of the item you receive. Without the video proof, there will be no refunds or exchanges permitted. You receive direct delivery from the seller for Arata and Threads by Dinkle products (with the exception of the tricolour scrunchie, which is available only through NishHair). It might take 8–10 days.
How long till the order is delivered to me?

Policies for Returns and Exchanges

Purchases on sale or at a discount, curly or wavy hair extensions and hair toppers, accessories, hair perfumes, and orders from outside the U.S. through pop-up advertisements or in-person trials
How long are the exchange and return periods?
If notified within six days after receiving the goods and providing a good cause (no sale order is eligible for return or exchange), Other than that, no exceptions will be given, and if the product is returned to us outside of that time frame, it will be sent back to the sender unjustifiably. Please take note that when returning items, it is important to explicitly include your order number and contact information on the package. In any case, there is no refund; instead, there is shop credit, and all exchanges and returns will incur a Rs 200 fee. The shop credit is a promotional code that can be used at the time of purchase, for a future purchase, or as a gift. If the item has been used or altered in any way, it will be returned to you.

If something is damaged in transit while being returned, Nish Hair is not responsible. How should my refund be processed?
Please direct message us on Instagram at @nishhair if you need to return something. The items must be delivered back to the location specified in the Instagram DM message. We accept no liability for the loss of the product if it is dispatched to a different address than the one specified in the DM. P.S. Every customer is responsible for the cost of returns and exchanges. We suggest that the shipping be done with a tracking option because Nish Hair will not be responsible for any lost returns.
When will the shop credit be given to me?
