Cancellation
Don't return the item to the address shown on our website; instead, request the return address by contacting our customer service. Prior to production or shipping of the product, we allow order cancellations. If the order is cancelled, a full refund will be given. As soon as the goods have been dispatched, we are unable to cancel the purchase.
